Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
1. About This Service
Workforce Pell Match ("the Service") is an independent program discovery utility. We aggregate publicly available data from state Eligible Training Provider Lists (ETPL) to help prospective students identify vocational programs that meet OBBBA 2026 federal eligibility criteria.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Department of Education, any state workforce agency, or any listed training provider.
2. No Guarantee of Grant Awards
Financial estimates shown on this site are projections based on the 2026 federal Pell maximum and program clock-hour ratios. They are not a guarantee of any grant award. Actual grant amounts depend on your Expected Family Contribution (EFC) from FAFSA, program proration, and program-level eligibility decisions made by the training provider and the Department of Education.
3. Accuracy of Program Data
Program data is sourced from state ETPL portals and refreshed periodically. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but we make no warranty as to the completeness, currency, or fitness of program data for any particular purpose. Always verify tuition, duration, start dates, and grant eligibility directly with the training provider before enrolling.
4. Inquiry Submissions
When you submit an admissions inquiry, you consent to us sharing your name, email, and zip code with the relevant training provider. You may receive follow-up communications from that provider. You can opt out of those communications directly with the provider.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workforce Pell Match shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service or reliance on financial projections displayed herein.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
